the best i ever see for subdomain name, e-mail redirection and all is cjb.net :) after you can chose to redirect it to a webpage ex:

www.rnsoft.cjb.net is redirected to home.doramail.com/rnsoft/index.html ...

they%26#039;re no pub in doramail.com but ads on cjb.net

you can add this to the main page to prevent pub :
